He is the only player that has improved from last year so far. Everyone else is the same or worse.

So disappointed with this terrible showing by the team in this tournament

Agree that it looks like nobody has improved but I disagree and say Moss really hasn't either. He just gets more PT and shots. His ball protection is still not good and his D is very so so.

His offense and confidence is much better. 3 point shooting, spot up twos off screens, driving and free throw shooting. Agreed he hasn’t improved defensively nor has anyone else

After 5 games, Moss has a 16.6 ppg average. The
next closest Hawkeye is Bohannon with 11.4.
Nunge comes in third at 11.2 and Cook is fourth
at 10.8. Hopefully, Moss can be a scorer for
Iowa this season and average double figures.

Fran needed more from Moss, Hutton, Williams, Fleming, Uhl and Ellingson. 3 are gone, 1 does not play, 1 shouldn't play, which leaves Moss out of this group. The problem starts here, but should have been addressed after Clemmons-Gesell graduated.

You can add Trey Dickerson, Dale Jones, and Ahmad Wagner to that list from the 2014 and 2015 recruiting classes. 7 out of 9 were recruiting misses. That's terrible.

Ellingson is a no show away from home courts. Ellingson is done at Iowa after this year. Transfer out as Wieskamp and Frederick have to be better.

Baer will help this team some and Connor needs to come back ready to play.
