Will be interesting to see the TV ratings afterward....could be the lowest rated NC game since??

We have a game that night anyways. Most years I haven't been able to watch the NCG, but especially this year I will be giving no f***s unless Georgia wins.

I think part of the sudden apathy for an SEC NC game, right now, is that "the line" all season, was that Wisconsin didn't play anyone, the SEC is so strong, etc. And then the BIG10 goes 7-1 in bowl games and the SEC all but lays an egg.
Right or wrong, it's what a lot of people are and will be talking about.
Ha that sucks for you, should be a good game. Interested to see Georgia's backs vs. Bama's defense. I'll be pulling for the Dawgs.

College season ended as soon as the Hawks were done. Seeing Bama in the championship every year makes the playoffs insanely dull. And now that it's going to be two SEC teams,it makes it even duller. Now it's all NFL.

There are football fans, you know, like most of the people in America. Then there are SEC fans - inbred, radical conservative evangelists who don't know football exists outside their state. Don't be surprised just because oil and water don't mix.
Actually my daughter attends Alabama, still not a fan in any way ,shape , or form.
Alabama people regardless of race are the nicest, most polite people in the country. It's not close.
I grew up in Iowa and have travelled the country.

Sett, I don't hate anyone. Most of the things I say are over-the-top, so I didn't realize someone would take me seriously on the internet. Since you did, I apologize and don't actually feel that way about southern people. Case in point, I was talking about SEC fans, and not southern people in general, so I thought it was obvious it was to be taken with a grain of salt. If you're still mad, then I don't know what to tell you. Just calm down and don't be so easy to troll.
Lets not forget alabamas schedule was easily as bad as wiscy, yet a mention of it was NEVER made.

I will do a split screen. but I won't have the NC game on the main screen. I can't stand the SEC, especially when you have the SEC network/ESPN in charge of the playoff.
Also when you have a team that is s13-0 and beat the same team that beat both NC teams, that's not a good look for the college football. If I'm UCF fans I am printing National Champs T-shirts. They beat everyone on their schedule and were 13-0. They deserve a share because the team they just beat put a whooping on BOTH GA & Bama.

I didn't watch Bama last night. I watched the replay of the Iowa Nebraska second half.
I'm sure I'll watch some of the NCG, but frankly, I don't care about it. I'm not butt hurt, I'm just sick of Bama and Nick. Nick's act no longer plays well for me. They have great athletes but Bama just has that NFL flavor to it and frankly, I don't like it.

Who have these SEC teams even played? Alabama's best win other than Clemson is Miss. State? Really?
Both title teams lost to Auburn... which lost to UCF. Georgia has a slightly better resume than Alabama, but only slightly.
The whole thing is a joke, SEC has an 8 game conference schedule with many mediocre teams outside of its top 2.

The University of Alabama and the University of Georgia have not already played each other in football in 2017.
I'm also not very interested in a SEC vs SEC championship game, I have some interest only to root against Alabama.
And who was UCF’s best win? Memphis (at UCF). Georgia also beat Auburn on a Neutral field.
Georgia has a pretty good resume actually.

They played 9 bowl teams (including last night) and won 8 of them.
They are 3-1 vs top 10 Sagarin teams and 4-1 vs top 30.
UCF can say they’re 1-0 vs top 10 teams (Auburn) and 1-0 vs top 30 teams (Auburn).
I'll be watching; could be a great game. Chubb and Michel vs. the Bama D.

if they played regular season in SEC they wouldnt be in this conversation.
Their 1's looked pretty good, but your right, they probably don't have the depth to deal w/ a full sched of sec play.
