Nevada does rather well in games that start in the evening.

Bet parlays
Don't get mad. Get even (or better).
Always thought sports betting would be relatively "easy". Looking at lines, O/U, etc. Not enough choices really stand out. Only bet futures so far.
Any general advice you would have wanted when you first started?
i wonder if there is gonna be a gambling addition problem in Iowa.My advice would be to bet what you know. Sounds easy, but I used to do some online gambling and found that I kicked ass on Big 10 football and Iowa in particular. However I sucked on pretty much everything else.
I would also make sure you can control it because I couldn’t. I got obsessed with it so much so that I was rushing home on my lunch hour to place a bet and betting on small college bb teams I had never actually seen play.

I know some of you will call me crazy for saying that but I have heard many Iowans say they are worried about it.
C'mon Fran. Of course there will be, is this your first day on Earth?i wonder if there is gonna be a gambling addition problem in Iowa.

If you listen to anyone who tells you to bet parlays, you might as well just light your money on fire.I like the bump a parlay can give. I don't see it as an option for my app. Where does one do it?

Parlays are for casual bettors who like to lose their money in dramatic fashion. Parlays are a suckers bet.
If you're honestly trying to make a return, do your research. Set aside a specific amount strictly as your betting bank roll. Only bet around 5% of your bank roll on games.
Never place bets to “make up” for bets you’ve lost.
I started doing this seriously two years ago. Started with 1k bank roll. Year 1 I was +250 at the end of the season, a 25% return. Year 2 I was +400 at the end of the season, a 40% return.
So I started this season with a bank roll of $1,650 and my goal is to end the season +500.
May not seem like a lot but you’re not going to get those type of returns anywhere else.
Again if you’re betting purely for entertainment, bet small, because you’re going to lose your money in the long run.
