He also changes his favorite teams based on who is good at the time. He said why would anyone support losers? If your favorite team is bad just switch to another. He once said he didn't understand loyal sports fans and called them losers.
Cowherd picked the wrong team to refer to as posers given our lack of flash, sound fundamentals and lunch bucket mentality. I know he doesn't mean it that way but still. Hawks have some proving to do after that pathetic showing in the Hawkslayer Bowl, so I get that.

I thought I remembered you guys playing Arizona or Arizona State a few years back (one of the two). I would think those would qualify and debunk his point.
Sounds to me like Cowherd is pretty smart. He knows Iowa fans are thin skinned reactionaries and that what he is saying will drive them to go and get people to listen to what he already said about iowa or what he will say next.

Really want to make him pay? Contact the sponsors of his show and tell them you won't buy their products as long as they are in business with him. The radio business used to equate 1 angry call/letter to roughly 10,000 people that feel the same way but won't voice their opinion. I doubt it is the same ratio in the digital age but you get the point.
