Sucks that Martin's playing time has fallen off the sheet, but love seeing Gustafson get her start and help win the game.

I have to admit it's pretty impressive to get 4 rebounds in one possession, even if three of them were on her own missed shots.

Need to see Caitlin up that 3 point percentage and start shooting more when they’re down in the 4Q. She looked reluctant last night and I thought there was an opportunity there for some magic. Instead Dantas is launching brick after brick? That’s either shite coaching or poor player decisions.

She definitely out hustled everyone for those boards, but she also knows how badly she is throwing up those shots and knows where to go for the rebound off them.
Certainly pads the stats, but better that just shooting, missing, and letting the opponent rebound.

The Fever played, and defeated, Atanta twice already. However, the first time Canada was out and the second time both Canada and Howard were out. They are full strength now and playing well. The game will be played at State Farm Arena again. All other teams have to play in their little arena. These teams will also play one more time in Indy.

The thing about that is that if she has 4-5 less rebounds because she made a few more shots ..the Sky probably win a few more games.
As noted above, Angel shot a dismal 4-15 (27%) from inside this afternoon.
Compare that to this:
Its really hard not to marvel at her having SIXTY TWO rebounds over the last three games. I mean I get people going gaga and all that. Still when you look at it in context, even on the offensive side they aren't scoring on a lot of those if Reese is the one putting it back up. At the end of the day they don't add up the rebounds and say , "oh they won, they had more rebounds". Normally a great offensive rebounding team scores a TON in the paint by pounding the glass like that. In this case thats not happening because sh'es shooting under 30% from three feet away in those games where she had 62 rebounds. Its not a game of pogo stick. Its basketball, and the ball is supposed to go IN the basket, a skill she does worse the anyone in the league...
