She is but she's making Grassley look like an idiot. I thought this was a hearing to listen to what Ford and Kav had to say.

Ford sent info about assault when she heard K was on short list for nomination. She sent to her representative and to Washington Post's anonymous hotline.
He probably would have a problem making that same statement under oath.
Well, for one, Ford is already making him look pretty bad in her testimony today....he might want the opportunity to come to his own defense. Second, he'd be able to speak to Kavanaugh's behavior from those days and help paint a clearer picture....and he'd be doing so under oath.
