Despite our physical play, Kennesaw makes adjustments at half to win rb battle 41-39. Iowa sloppy play had a lot to do with it too. Angry Fran seen frequently this game.

That's why, based on what I saw, Kriener should start, especially if there was already talk of it happening. He was obviously the best defensive rebounder on the court while he was in, and not a liability offensively (although he looked a little lost a couple of times)
Good that Kriener and J Bo got to see the ball go in the hoop. First game jitters are behind the freshman now. We might start to set some more realistic expectations for Cook too. Very young team that will likely be hard to watch at times, but it should be fun to see these kids grow. I hope Fran's heart can take it. Sounds like Dailey will red shirt and who knows we may have room for a transfer when this season is over. If Jones doesn't get healthy it's possible Moss and/or B.E. move on. A wing or pg might find Iowa pretty attractive.
It was nice. Wagner so in control while he's on the floor. Uhl didn't do much with his minutes imo.
Also, I read that CW was taken to the locker room during 2nd half. Any word on that?

JBO not as good at taking care of the ball as CW from what I saw. CW tweaked his back early in 2nd half and didnt play after that. JBO made some quality 3's once he got comfortable. No real winner but I like CW's height advantage.
I'd like to see Moss get more tick over Brady at least he looked like belonged out there.
Apparently Fran said Dailey will not redshirt. Hope that means he'll get minutes against Savannah. It really looks like BE, Moss, and Dailey are fighting it out for Jok's backup. Liked Moss's aggressiveness but I can see where he may be mistake-prone by pressing the issue too much
I was surprised Kriener played. Heard his ankle was in pretty tough shape a few days ago. Swollen, black and blue.
That's gonna be an issue all year only two real upperclassmen in terms of D-1 experience.
Jordan Bohannon was notably off ball on both of his threes. Really would have liked to see both he and Williams in at the same time.
