I don't think the SEC speed as much as it is a bunch of 2 star players just being really slow and not able to play at this level.. That being said, Iowa could very still win this game.. Basically its just to teams that aren't very good

Hurd (as I've looked up) was a 6.1 5 star recruit. Dobbs 3 star 5.7, so I'm sure Tennessee has just underperformed. They have much better talent as you've said than Iowa.
