That's not what Trump said, he said shut it down/intervene the terrorists who are using it
I wouldn't want to, i would try everything possible not to...BUT, 'if i had to' i would. You have to remember that ultimately the POTUS works for Americans, not those of another country.
You can take that out of context if you would like but that strategy, of last resort, still needs to be an option.
