Idk how good this Iowa team will be. But they are fun to watch. Murray’s especially.

I know some people don't care about that, but I'm not one of them. Winning is the goal; putting on a good show while winning makes it worth watching.

Trying not to be a wet blanket, but it is W Michigan. If the Hawkeyes can play D this aggressively effective vs the better competition, then this season's team ceiling just got a lot higher.

I'm just encouraged by the effort on D this year. Much more energy and pressure. They may very well struggle against better competition but it is nice that they seem to really care about making each possession tough for the opponent.

Even JBo seems to be putting in a lot of effort on the defensive end this year even though the game isn't going well offensively for him. Maybe this squad has really bought in on turning things around.
