All that work in the room is paying off in the last minute with Moody.
Moody is a real testament to the coaches. He's a good wrestler who has no shot to make the lineup, but he's still working his ass off and improving incredibly from HS.
Every practice I have been to, even the casual non structured ones...he is working his butt off.

Lmao, Warner just absolutely blitzes Raschka, up 8-0 in the first 30 seconds. Then finishes it off with a pushout and a TD to win 11-0 in a minute.
Gable Steveson will be taking on Tanner Hall immediately after Burak. Should be a pretty good gauge of where he might stack up in college, especially considering the housing he just got from Coon.
Warner is relentless, has anvils for hands and is always in your face. Love it.

This Warner kid is pretty good at freestyle. 3 matches, 3 TF, total match time 2 minutes and 46 seconds.
Ness was up by 2 with time running down and accidentally got poked in the eye and taken down in the process. Lost the appeal. May have felt like he got screwed. All I saw
Tanner Hall is a solid 7 years older than Steveson and they are likely to be wrestling against each other in college next year.
I agree, I wasn't taking a shot at Gable. It's not just stoutness, it was height. He looked a little short. Again, much more skilled than any current college HWs, IMO.
Can we finally put Cass ahead of Nevills now? Cass has multiple wins over Metz.
Nevills is fairly inexperienced in freestyle. Still think Cass will be better but hard to definitively say so.
That was me sharing a fun fact, not disagreeing in any way. Sorry. Btw, who won?
