Cherry picking? I'm point out that a single starting quarterback has just as many bowl wins and then entire history of ISU. Post Stanzi has not been stellar for sure. How many bowl games ISU go to post Stanzi?

Ya, isu had an "exceeded expectations" year, in year #2 of matt campbell. Not a great year.
If had gone 9-3 or better (beat 2 or more of ksu, iowa, osu, wvu like we arguably should have), then a great year.

Agree. The BIG hasn't had an offense like this in years, we see several each year. Oh yeah, its because of those great defenses right?
Not sure ISU fans want to go here since the ISU game was one of the few games our offense looked competent. I wish we got to play in the Big 12 against those defenses. ISU proved this year that a decent defense throws a wrench into those teams plans and our defense is almost always better than ISU's.
The Clown fan base should pack this game. It was a great year for them. ISU hasn't had a winning season in 8 years and haven't had a bowl invite in 5 years. It doesn't happen very often; only 6th winning record in the last 20 seasons. Iowa State has a chance to win more than seven games, a result that has only happened like maybe 5 times since they first kicked off years before the turn of the last century. This is tall cotton in Ames.
Yeah because that buckeye offense that won national title was so awful few years ago and penn st last year. Sorry that big 10 fans aren’t impressed and bowing down to Memphis who racks up huge yards and pts vs AAC teams.

Iowa's offense has put up 85+ vs. your defense the last two games. Maybe banging on B1G offenses isn't the brightest idea. Unless they really do suck and you're just cool with acknowledging what everyone else in the country knows, that Big 12 defenses are about as stout as damp frog shit.

Was visiting family last year near Memphis and went to UGA/TCU Liberty Bowl on a whim. Scalped 25-yard line seats for $30, and the place was barely 2/3 full. Nice job, Clone fans.

I don't know how you can claim to have been there and not known there were more Iowa fans than Stanford fans. People that were there could tell Iowa had more than 50% of that stadium. Interestingly, people that watched on TV couldn't tell this given the Stanford red was 1) in the sun during the initial overhead shots and 2) stood out better than the mixed black and gold from Hawk fans. At any rate, the game sucked and we got our asses kicked, but it isn't impossible to think Iowa alone had 50,000 fans or more at the Rose Bowl. You know what though, if ISU ever made a bowl that prestigious they'd probably bring a similar number of fans.
