I’ve been going through a stash of old t-shirts that have somehow moved with me for the last 25+ years and came across the one below. I remember thinking this cartoon was funny in the mid 90’s. I think it was in the Daily Iowan. A quick google of Jim and Iowa City and cartoon isn’t bringing anything up. Anyone remember more about this than I do? Maybe @torbee or someone in the journalism dept.
