Huh? 12 teams make the playoffs. Someone has to lose games, not everyone is going to have 1 loss anymore.

We lost to that comically bad conference, what does that make us?

Several suspect teams WILL make the playoffs quite frankly. There are only 3 or 4 really, really good teams 🤷♂️
It really is an awful conference. Feels a lot like a mid-major where everyone’s fighting to be the tallest midget. I compare it to high school classes in football. Sure, there has to be a 2A champion, and they earned it, but when they go against the 5A top dogs they get steamrolled. No fault of their own.
Yeah, we did. It's because we aren't very good. We still could win that conference despite this and that's the point.
Why are you pretending to be an Iowa fan? It's pretty apparent by your defense of ISU that you have an ulterior motive here.
Try to continue arguing against the obvious all you want. Both Iowa and ISU are mediocre teams, yet, both could win the B12. Again, that's the point.

They are going to make the B12 championship without having to play Colorado, ASU or BYU. In a crap conference they didn’t have to play any of the other contenders. Crazy.
We did the same thing in the Big 10, multiple times. Didn’t see you upset about that though

Even in those years we still had to play Penn St and Ohio St. Let alone having to play the East champion in the BCG. ISU will never have to play, let alone beat, a blue blood to get the playoffs.

I dog on the B12 only because it's a shit conference. If it wasn't, I wouldn't. I also dogged on the Big East back in the day, again, because it was a shit conference. I also dogged on the B1G West and do you know why? It's because it was a shit division. I was never under any illusion of what winning the West meant.
Not to mention Iowa state dodged the three best teams this season in the conference, which is the only reason they’re even in contention. They’re not playing good football at all. KSU should beat them but they’ve been so up and down all season who knows, no clue if it’s due to injuries with them
