Calling Jethro’s BBQ is as insulting as saying this guy makes some good points.
My favorite thing (not sure if on the Coralville menu) is the Southside Salad with creamy Italian. Which tells you all you need to know about the bbq.
When they initially opened (the one in the Drake neighborhood in like ‘08) I would get the Texas Dip, I thought it was very good.

I think we just need to make owners of establishments with liquor licenses wear shock collars that go off when they get near their own bar during business hours without an appointment with the manager or maybe a professional chaperone. I get it it's their bar and yada yada but if they want a bar where they can get hammered all day they should build it in their homes which are plenty big enough usually and make it harder to get into arguments with customers or to sexually harass your staff. Probably not constitutional but still a good idea

It's hilarious that a local chain restaurant owner would shit on illegals and the border. I've worked in plenty of kitchens, not all of those papers are legit lol. It's just hilarious to me how these guys shit on the border yet make their labor cost by hiring cheap "legal" labor.

I see a guy like that and how he locked up at times, and wondered if the crazy was making it hard to talk, or if he was holding back from using the N word and advocating death to Biden? The specifics about the exact number of Chinese terrorists and the repeated use of “pushing a button”, to activate a specific number of terror events shows how effective the myth building and propaganda are. Guys like this are eventually going to snap and behead their father. Trump is amping them up just like he did just before 1/6, and it’s going to get violent.
