The man isn't fit for this role. Little senior leadership experience at a level that is needed to run large and significant organizations. Instability and serious issues with decision making on a personal level. He is a guy that could be hired as a consultant or an advisor but never as the person in charge at this level. This is dangerous. Find the next person.
What about the guy who nominated him? Seems like he's equally if not more unfit for his position.
