Did notice it’s easy to add friends now when others join in on same raid…
basically when you are with up to 3 other people, you can start a party invite and they can scan your qr code or enter a number code and you see each other on your map. You get bonuses for catching and raids too. I think party play does more raid damage.
I just installed the game for the first time in years. I defeated two hot air balloons in my house so I'm a pretty big deal.

It just dawned on me today that there is a park near me that I walk around and I could be Pokemon Go-ing to the polls.
I think it was a Vulpix. Lots of new stuff in this game vs when I used to play it.

From some of the negative comments I've seen around reddit, Scopely is very aggressive with in game microtransactions and drove that Marvel game into the ground.
Either way, over the last year or so I've been playing GO a lot less. The more events they add, the less I seem to care. I had a sudden interest in the Dynamax/Gigantimax feature, but then it was flooded with events. There are 8 separate raid events In March/April/May. 5 Different community days. It's just way too much.

I've never played, but I'm shocked to hear the servers are still online. Dorks kept the lights on a lot longer than I expected.
OK? Dorks have lots of money to spend. It's not like they're spending it on pussy when they're chasing Pikachu through downtown
