Exactly. All of them would be better than what we've had or what's available on the Grandpa and Grandma side, but time to thin the herd and see if it's going to be Trump or Cruz. Great stuff. And tomorrow, the bottom two GOP leave the race... hopefully.
The only guarantee is that no matter the amount that Bernie and Donald win by tonight, the media is going to say the margin was disappointing for the winner.
and honestly Iowa....what is the viable alternative? The problem lies more in the Legislative branch of government and not so much in the Executive branch. That is true and it is expected. The media LOVES/WANTS the establishment.

You have a bunch of whiney babies in Congress who absolutely believe in "My way or the Highway" as a principle of governance. A republican form of government just doesn't work that way. Moderation and compromise is how things get done.
My belief is that Iowa should be eliminated as the first political test in the election cycle. Iowans aren't even remotely representative of the country.
The only positive thing that ever comes from the caucuses is that the bottom feeders usually drop out after a poor result. Huck and Santorum as the latest casualties.
Gosh, I hope not. Love to see Junior squirm and CC is the man for that task.Trump & Sanders already declared the winner.
I think at this point Christie & Fiorina need to drop out

Fiorina and Carson need to drop out..Christie is good for a couple moments in each debate...Keep him around for a little while longer..Trump & Sanders already declared the winner.

Carson is now on record as a guy willing to be a veep. That there is funny shit. Carson has the personality of a wet noodle and while he is obviously very intelligent, I question his communication skills.
He would bring absolutely nothing on the ticket.

That is much more likely, he won't be on any voting side of the GOP.Carson could be the Surgeon General or a cabinet member IMO
And I heard a rumor his middle name is Enrique. What are you talking about? He's black!
Iowa Democrats more accurately reflect the mood of the national party by predicting the eventual nominee than the Iowa GOP caucus. Not to mention that a caucus isn't especially reflective of how the electorate feels, especially on the Democratic side.

with their results......sometimes coin flips work because there is no "defer" allowed.........Coin flips are indeed the rare exception.....but sometimes things work out that way...and the "coin flip" phenomena as reported by the media and as understood by those who don't want to understand is way overrated. With coin flips?

"super delegates" are used by BOTH parties.......and really, If you don't like how its run...get involved. Participate. But then, you'd probably rather sit on the sidelines and complain.....Like I said, from super delegates to coin flips = corrupt

Repubbers have them too.Joel, stop lying to the great people of HROT. Only the Democrats use super delegates which are party insiders free to pick who they want. There are 712 total super delegates which is 38% of what you need to get the nomination.
Repubbers have them too.
