also, they want to hype as many teams as possible, 10 are represented

Looks like a down year for the Big Ten. The Big Ten lost a ton of young talent late in the last draft. Guys like Max Christie, Caleb Houston, Bryce McGowens, Mousa Diabate, Not sure if there are any hyped Freshmen coming in.

Looks like a down year for the Big Ten. The Big Ten lost a ton of young talent late in the last draft. Guys like Max Christie, Caleb Houston, Bryce McGowens, Mousa Diabate, Not sure if there are any hyped Freshmen coming in.

It's an underwhelming group of top players returning as a whole. At least compared to previous seasons. We shall see how it goes, Big 10 has not performed well nationally the last couple of years.

They aren't advertising it as "first-team", it's all BigTen which is basically a first and second team in one. They decided to do away with a distinctive 1st, 2nd, and 3rd team preseason years ago because the voting was so watered down and all over the place by the time they got to 15 players. The reason there's 11 this year is because there was a tie for 10th.

Neither one of those Wisconsin players will be first team all B1G.

Wisconsin revenue sports are a sell.
