I have always said, if I was a stud punter, there is no where I would rather go than to Iowa.

I hope our walk on punter and kicker show they can do the job. To get those 2 slots filled for 4 years and not have 3 or 4 scholarships tied up in specialist positions would be great.

We place great value on both positions and I have no problems with a scholarship for proven starters, but I like the idea of starting off with equally talented walk ons.

If this works we've got another 1 or two kids who can help our depth.
