If BTN is offering a service that people pay for, then yes. Either have a plan B for such situations or come up with a way to make it right for people who are paying money and not receiving anything in return. That's stealing.

I get what your saying, but BTN needs to do a better job of making sure things like this do not happen. This isn't their first rodeo. Along with the numerous other streaming gaffes with BTN+ this winter, I'd say this is a trend and people have a right to be pissed.
