We better hope Lainez looks like the next coming in Spring ball or we’re going to see more ineptitude. I just can’t see us getting another portal qb or Cade’s legs holding up enough to be effective.

Cade is staying because he won’t have any better opportunities coming off two straight seasons knee injuries

Bottom line, Deacon should portal out …. KFC U would be a solid landing spot for him and the perks/NIL seem to be right up his alley.

I don't know any of the details on his injury when he was at Michigan (other than a torn ACL), but his two significant injuries at Iowa (quad and ACL) were non-contact. Some guys have a body that won't hold up, and CM may be one of them.
