Less than 3 weeks to games, Hawks looking like a team with no qb yet. Son of a gun it’s the same old story every year anymore.

Disagree, our top 2 quarterbacks are in a much better position to succeed this year than was the case last year. Go Hawks !

Good luck with that. The 2023 unicorn is unlikely to happen again.

Why's that? Iowa won 8 games the previous season with the worst offense in the country.

Good defense and special teams are the most repeatable, and together, most impactful facets in football

Hindsight Stanley was a solid QB. What drove me nuts was his inability to hit WIDE OPEN recievers down field.

That @PSU game haunts me, wasn't Hock wide open for at TD at least once and we missed him?

What I do know is that the biggest scrimmage of fall camp is this Saturday, but closed to everyone. Perhaps something will leak but this week of practice and that scrimmage will go a long way in deciding between Cade and Sully + the WR rotation. I did have a source that was at practice last year on video team but isn't doing it this year, sorry.

lol…to your comment that Sullivan throws it like a shot put. I certainly didn’t get that vibe at the recent open scrimmage.

yeah he does have a odd throwing motion and a ton of his completions were a repeat of the same 3 yard sideline throw. based on that vid i'm definitely not sold on him
