Question About Mark Perry

LOL! When the vast majority of people disagree with me, I assure you I couldn't be in a better place. Some get it, I'm confident you won't.
i live in rural Iowa FYI. Trust me I get it. Doesn’t change the fact that for most people living in Arizona is a draw over Iowa.

Great time to move. Likewise, I moved here from Tucson in April. Got the best before the worst.

My best advice for the summers is hydrate and have a plan if out hiking when it’s hot…start early. Every year, there are people that die from heat related deaths while doing leisure activities. Good places to hike are Sabino Canyon, Mt Lemmon, Picacho Peak north of Tucson off I-10.

Stay out of Tucson Unified school district if he has kids. Its a dumpster fire.

Marana, Vail, and Sahuarita are good places to live just outside of Tucson. If he has $$$, the Catalina foothills are nice.

Any wrestlers in the family? Tucson Cyclones is a good club in the Flowing Wells area.

Don’t be scared to go into the dump looking Mexican food places. Guero Canelos and BKs have great tacos and Sonoran hot dogs. Lots of good food and pizza in the the U of A and downtown area. Excellent “bird” watching down there as well if your bro is into that kind of thing haha.
Thanks Chief!
No, my older brother is an elderly single guy with good friends in Tuscon. (His grandkids are in their thirties by now.) His friends convinced him to move down from Marion there after the derecho and a week of 20 below zero last winter. I also have in-laws up near Kirkland, AZ, so I expect to do some driving when I visit him in the future.

Just 'cause he's old doesn't mean my brother has stopped watching birds. He still seems to have a new lady friend every other month, but after four divorces, he's finally learned to use his big head for thinking. If he was really using that head, he'd probably take four months of 95+ degrees every summer in AZ with a little more consideration.

My nephew and I are the only wrestlers in the family, but I will try to take in some Sun Devils up in Tempe when I'm en route between Kirkland and Tuscon.

Thanks also very, very much for the Mexican food recommendations. I live in New England, home to some of the worst Mexican food in the USA, so anything halfway decent will seem like feast from Mexico City.

Thanks again!
