Wow, the room battles will be awesome w Wagner and Rathbun additions to Jren and Mejia. I might start attending practices regularly once again.

Possibilities of adding Spencer or adding Gilman and/or Clark to HWC along McD/Ramos.....oh my! Now that's a stable nobody can match for partners

Another great addition to our lower weights. So glad he stayed in state, and Black & Gold. The future battles at 125 & 133 just got better. There are so many studs coming in, and with the current AA's at 125 & 133, not sure if there could be better teachers. Grab ahold of either one of them, they will figure out extremely fast where they need to be. And they will get better every day! Very Exciting!

This caps off an awesome week for Iowa. I can't wait to see where these guys fall as far as weight. The depth at the 125/133/141 is great to see and will be HUGE in developing these guys.
