Reese tapping out to try to save some face

Some of you should really seek therapy.
This is where we get is

She definitely knows how to keep herself in the spotlight. Announces her own injury on social media, which blows up to become a BREAKING NEWS item on TV in short order. Makes it sound as if it's some serious trauma that abruptly ends her season, when in fact the season only has a few games left to go. She'll be loving the messages of sympathy and counting her clicks.

Poor Angel. Life is so unfair.

Let it go.

In need of constant attention.

I am amazed at the number of grown men who have lost their minds over an immature 20 + year old girl who has more money than they do.
I agree. I can't stand her theatrics so I simply don't give her any attention any longer and really haven't that I recall since after college. Not that she gives a hoot what my demographic cares about anyway. We all know who runs the show in the WNBA and I'm good with that.

I haven’t watched any WNBA beyond the Caitlin Clark highlights that pop up on my YouTube feed. I couldn’t even tell you which team Angel Reese plays for.

Or maybe she suggests this as the coaching staff finally told her her min. were going to go down. Since she has been out of the line up her team is winning and playing as a good team with no drama!

She's missed one game. Nice try. The reason they were losing games is because their guard play was terrible w/out Carter. Since she's been back they've been killing it, and Angel had a good game in her last game before the injury. Carter is clearly their best player.

I thought OP’s post was a bit OTP but damn, it has been reported that the Sky have cleared her to continue to play; that she has been given “an option” to play through the pain.

In other words, the Sky does not consider Reese’s injury to be season ending according to accepted medical standards.

The Sky are fighting for a playoff spot so it’s real hard not to conclude that she is taking the easy way out for selfish reasons.

Geez nobody saw this coming 🙄.

She’s a pud.

Needed an excuse as to why she didn’t win ROTY.

You can read her from a mile away.

I can’t really disagree. She’s a self-promoter first, team second. I think her career will likely be marked with certain intra-squad squabbles.

Reese is a talented rebounder so I believe she has a long career but I could easily see her bouncing around a lot.

She had Covid.
Yep. But she’s still a headcase and unreliable. She’s proven that everywhere she plays.

Where did you see this reported? If true, that says a lot.
