Rudock starts for michigan

I feel bad for him. I really wanted to lay most of the blame on the coaching.

Note the first two posts. Coaching. Jake now has "decent" coaching. I guess his prior coaching was indecent, whatever that is.

@hawkeyegamefilm: Rudock hands off the fullback. Something he was more than prepared for after last two years at Iowa. MiCH offense really sluggish so far

Lol on that...

Wow. 3rd and 9, Rudock throws an 8 yard incompletion that wouldn't have been a first down if caught. Utah offsides. So it's 3rd and 4, Ruduck throws a 3 yard incompletion, that probably wouldn't have been a first down if caught.

So far this looks like the same "game manager" Jake trapped inside the same boring offense as the last couple years.

Lol of course you did.

Yes, I did. Actually, I was never on the "bench Jake now!" crowd. I always thought it was a wash on who you played. Sure, CJ was more exciting but he always seemed to make enough mistakes that the end results were never much better or worse than Ruddok's.

That drive, we saw the good and bad Rudock.

Quick hitters with one decision to make, good Jake. Two plays where he got a man in his face, the jump pass was behind the receiver when it could have gone for 15...and the roll out back screen which was also "there" he got a man in his face fast and he flung it up begging to be picked - Bad Jake.

A more athletic QB makes both those plays merely by side-stepping the pressure.

I'd love to be on a large Michigan message board right about now.

As easy as our schedule "appears" to be right now, I sure wish we played Michigan this year.

Do ya think there is any Jake haterz yet?

Well looks like we're gonna get to see Rudock operate in a late game situation right off the bat.

I'm honestly surprised we haven't seen Shane Morris at all in this game, regardless of Jake's struggles. Perhaps Harbaugh wanted to give Jake the whole game to prove he's the guy.
