Rudock starts for michigan

I am getting such a kick, no pun intended, watching scholarship kickers tonight in 4 different games not being able to come close to hitting anything from 30-46 yards. Place kicking has gotten so bad it's insane to even try a field goal.

Feel bad for Jake. Rough, rough night. But it makes KFs decision on CJ (albeit later than it ever should have been) look good thus far.

Capt Checkdown strikes again. My nephew-in-law was all pissed that Iowa lost Ruddock because there was no QB competition this year, and he thought Ruddock was really good last year. He sucks. He can't throw the deep ball, can't run, locks onto his first receiver, and he's Mr. Checkdown. I'm really glad he's no longer with the Hawks. CJB might end up having a bad season, but he has the intangibles to make big plays. His upside is much higher than Ruddock's.

His first start at Michigan just like he first start at Iowa he kills his team with a 4th Q pick in the flat.

Wow did Jake read read the coverage wrong. It was obvious they were in man coverage when the LB went out to cover the RB who split out very wide.

He basically threw it to the one receiver you don't want to when you make the proper read. The way the RB motioned, it was designed to help the QB figure out what he was up against.

Will be interesting to see his QB rating tonight vs. some of his games at Iowa. This is pretty ugly

I almost feel bad for him. Is it possible that his brain is getting in his way? Seems like he is over thinking things. Sports are a reactionary thing.

Harbaugh is one stubborn SOB. This love affair at Michigan may be short lived. There was a reason San Fran was happy to see him go.

I feel bad for the guy too, like the other feller said, he should have concentrated on med school, that's where he's gonna make his living.
