Sad Seasons: Bears 3 Wins and Bulls 3 Wins

It is only November17, but Chicago has two losers.
Bears have won 3 games and lost 6. Bulls have
won 3 games and lost 10. Bears Coach John Fox
is probably going to being fired before Bulls Coach
Fred Hoiberg. Bears have 16 game schedule and
Bulls have 82 game schedule. Who wins the most
games?
