Sagging Car Headliner

I have an older 2nd car (93 Ranger) and the headliner is starting to come down. Anyone have some good home remedies for a quick fix? Anyone had this professionally done and what did it cost? I have some push pins in it right now but would like to fix it. I know this is HROT so I should just go get a new Escalade.
