And that's why football players have been dying from CTE for 100 years. In today's game, it is clearly targeting. He did lead with his head and made forcible contact above the shoulders.

Not sure how that gives ISU the last laugh. Their QB got killed and they're still not going to the playoff. If his absence hurts ASU in the playoff it makes the big12 look weaker. Clones don't benefit from that.
