I hope the fans that usually head to the top towards the end can wait an extra 15 minutes to honor this great group. They've brought Iowa back from a few disappointing years, and have dominated for almost 3 years. I would prefer they honor them before the meet or at intermission, but understand why they don't.

This!! Fans need to stay and give each one a rousing standing ovation. They deserve it!

Who are all the seniors wrestling their last year of eligibilty? Ken, Austin DeSanto, Young, Eirman? Others?

Costello, Turk, Wilson, Spencer. Spencer still has to be approved for medical hardship year after the season is over, so I'm pretty sure he'll be recognized today. That's usually what they do with football players, I believe, even if they are coming back for a sixth year.

True. But Kem didn’t do Senior ceremonies in 2020 before he got his extra year(which turned into 2).

I think Wilson would have eligibility if he wanted it.

Edit- looks like he’s in the same position as Costello.

I don’t know what’s more common but it’s fairly frequent for them not to. Especially when it’s considered a formality. Spencer’s 6th year isn’t a garden variety 6th year due to the extra Covid year.
