Should our air traffic control system be privatized?

JFC... Can you imagine air traffic control run by some company like Mediacom??? WE are failing ourselves when we don't demand Congress use our tax money in the public interest. We continually allow them to ignore infrastructure maintenance and improvement then a nitwit recommends "privitization" which is nearly inevitably a give away to some campaign contributor. We have meet the enemy and he is us....

Once again, Canada doesn't seem to be having a problem with it. I like how you rail about the government in your post, then refer to people who want a private company to handle a job, instead of this government, as "nitwits."

So, don't answer the question then. I've looked over this thread a couple times and I've seen no mention about the company running the air traffic system being in a financial crisis. That's just something you made up on the spot to avoid answering the prior question.
I answered, you apparently can't understand even the very simple. Perhaps you should sit this one out.

The problem is us. We allow those that represent us to starve important publicly run functions of funds, then wonder why systems are antiquated, etc. Then instead of fixing the issues, some bought mouthpiece says we should privatize the function. That is a handout to those that bought the mouthpiece. We allow ourselves to be distracted by social more discussions ad infinitum. Congress has us looking at the shiny objects of abortion, gay marriage, gun control, etc. Meanwhile, they rob the public treasury and hand it over to their campaign donors. It's madness....

Oh, I don't disagree with you that the government is corrupt. I just found your post oddly worded.

Sure you answered me, it's just that your answer didn't have anything to do with my question.
It did, frankly I'm not sure how you can say that with a straight face. We are contemplating how each type of entity might preform. That makes any contract an assumption. I suspect you are searching for a way to bow out which is probably to both our benefit.

I don't think it's tax money.
