So thrilled! Great job Hawks.

I had no expectations of this team accomplishing what they have so far.
Let he who thought we would win the Big Tourney before the season started cast the first stone!

If anyone had told any of us before the season that Dick Vitale would be picking us to play Kentucky for the national title, they'd have been LOLed right off the board. Or even in January for that matter. Or after the Penn St loss..

I'm pumping the breaks a bit on Final Four expectations because a lot has to go right to get there, but this certainly is a fun time to be a Hawkeye hoops fan!

Me too, just never expected us to have a shot at the Big tourney.
Amazing job from Fran and the team. The comraderie and team play is amazing. This team gelled into something special regardless of the how the NCAA tourney plays out.

A lot of it (IMO) is that Keegan is an easy superstar to play with.

Not all studs are easy to play with, but I’d imagine Keegan would be ideal. Raises everyone’s game around him. This may even go back to Luka as well.

kf and i both knew that this was our best shot at repaying them for what they did to our fb team and we are glad that fran pulled it off.
