I'm not sure what else they want Chuck. There is already Affirmative Action and preferential hiring. My nephew, a recent college grad, can't get his foot in the door because they are hiring minorities only in his field. I think they just want whites to crawl in a hole a disappear. Of course it could wind up like it did in MS. Choctaws did very nicely with the casinos when they allowed whites to run them...then a new chief with a "Choctaw First" policy took over and they put Choctaws and blacks in management. Place darn near went under...one of their 2 casinos shut down. They decided they would rather make money than make a statement so they brought the whites back in and the closed casino reopened last year...place is booming again.
