So if Frost is the Savior for Debbie

I tell ya, weirdly enough, based on the pulse of the fanbase, people are actually ready to be patient. The program is lower than it's been in many years, and people just want to see better play and effort. Look, I know there is the group of fans that are going to scream championship every year (I know, I know), but a lot of us really are excited to watch this grow.
Gonna have to be patient at least the 1st year....cross-over games @ Mich, tOSU & MSU....plus we get Nebby @ home.
How many will want him fired before the end of his 1st season???

Maybe Frost will be successful maybe he won't. What I do know is there have been dozens of coaches that have come and gone that were supposed to bring in this fancy offense to save the program and...........not so much. Or a flashy recruiter that will save their program. Illinois has gone through like 15 of these, Fleck up north, Nebby has gone through about a 1/2 dozen, Missouri same thing, the list goes on and on. I like where our program is currently and I am even more excited on where it is heading. Those who follow Iowa football closely should realize that we have kept our identity (which I like) and have made a few tweaks in recent years that I believe have helped such as: Improved facilities, some fresh offensive coaches (and KOK), practice schedule change, reaching out to grad transfers (but remaining slective), identifying need through JUCO (once again very selective), special teams trickery, going for it on fourth down, just to name a few.
