Another game where we get a small lead and the offense evaporates. Let the other team hang around and come from behind to win the game. I've seen a lot of them.
It really wasn't a late hit out of bounds. But it is what it is.
Yeah, that’ll do it. No coach in history wants his players to not be outstanding like KF. He wants boring, game managers at QB and 3.5 yards per carry at RB. Any sexy is too sexy.

There was a long period of time that I had season tickets. I have not went back to an IA Fball game since the Rose Bowl. Why waste the money being pissed; when I can be perfectly pissed off while watching big TV

It's what KF does. Get to 24 points and a 10 point lead, get into tornado position and hope/pray that the clock just runs out and we preserve the win.

They took away the outside runs by Sullivan in the second half. That is why the inside runs were successful with the running backs. Sullivan kept trying to run outside. You have to take what they give you.
So that would explain why we tried running on the inside on all of those 2nd and 3rd and shorts... oh, wait.
I had hoped Lester would have had the necessary leeway to meaningfully update our Offense.

I really hoped that given a month, Parker could come up with something to contain Missouri’s passing game. Alas, it was not so. The only thing that stopped their offense was dropped passes.
On the last sneak play #5 and #21 on the left side did not even attempt to block anyone. It was almost like they thought Sully was going up the middle off the center instead he went to the left.
Basically saying our QB1 needs to "start playing within himself"................ yes, our best half offensively needs to be stifled.
Does anyone have a count of the number of double digit leads we ended up squandering because KF goes into clock killing mode?
The problem all season (OL), we would need Lamar Jackson in order to have a successful QB. Then we don't have WRs that can get open or beat man.

doesnt matter , the way Mizzou had all 11 Defenders inside the hashes You audible hot to a toss sweep and it might be a TD , Iowa was so out of whack and delayed presnap they allowed Mizzou to load up and stayed with the same doomed play
