Kirk wants Johns or someone else. They shake on it but it still isnt a done deal yet, correct? Does BethG need to approve it or interview him? Is there something similar to the Board of Control of Athletics or the Regents that have to sign on the bottom line?

I am sure most of these candidates have been vetted recently, Johns probably 2 times in the last 3 years.

So how many days after the Kirk offer and handshake?
