So Toppling Goliath's main brewer left and now they brew beer in a factory in Florida?

My good friend that regularly sends me TG said the same thing. He said it wasn't worth sending me a 4 pack because it was a step down.

I still think that losing the main brewing mind at TG is causing as much downtick in quality as the new facility.
TG apparently tweeted out something about re-evaluating their process down in Florida because they also thought the quality was down a bit from the Decorah facility. Interesting that they'd publicly acknowledge that.

It is interesting, but I think it's a good move for two reasons. It shows that they listened to their loyal customers, and it shows that they are holding the Florida facility to the same standard as TG does to themselves. In the end, it's a direct reflection on TG's decision to start mass producing.

I really hope they can get the kinks worked out, because everyone deserves to enjoy the same beer that we've been enjoying for years.

And to think I was mocked in this thread for suggesting this was a high probability!
