Walmart beat holiday-quarter earnings expectations and said it would buy smart TV maker Vizio.

Vizio purchase is smart with big advertising revenues embedded in smart tv proprietary software.

Wal-Mart up 33% (including dividend) over 2 years which includes rough 2022. Not bad.

The Vizio buy, just announced last years earnings and beating 4th quarter expectations by alot, and the split....perfect storm.
