The rules for pilots including drone pilots is 8 hours since a drink OR blood alcohol .04 ‘or and above. So if it is longer than 8 hours you still look at blood alcohol.

Commercial drone pilots are the same.

Recreational drone pilots the rules are as specific but essentially they can cite you the same.
