We had 3 timeouts.... call a timeout there.
If you’re the coach and you see a lot of pre snap confusion, with the play clock running down, at such a critical moment... then you run on the field and call the timeout.
If the ball is still somehow snapped, you as the QB should chuck it out of bounds.
