I'm a long time visitor to this board, having recently joined in the Fall of 2022.

This is an excellent piece on the benefits of being quiet and listening more. Similar to what I've done over the last few years on this board.

I'm posting this because I believe it may benefit some of the board members. Maybe self reflection by some board members will assist them in becoming better people.
