Isn't it only native Canadians? From what I've read The Eskimos hold his CFL rights so he can explore his NFL options as long as he needs.

Jordan Lynch form Northern Illinois is also on the Eskimo roster as a QB.

I would like to see Tevaun get a fair shot at the NFL but it would not surprise me a bit if he landed in the CFL.
