Deporting isn’t the issue per se. It’s the lack of border security that illegals see as a green light to keep coming back.
Without proper border security, Trump’s plan to deport millions of illegals becomes an exercise in futility. I don’t think the plan is to continue dropping the ball on that, but I guess we’ll see.
I'm all for deporting violent illegal immigrants. No problem here. I do have a major issue when Trump seperated kids from their parents with no record of where those kids were sent, or in other words, mass kidnapping.
The border bill allowed for a significant uptick in border funding, precisely for more "security".
As has been shown many many times, a $75 tool from Home Depot with a carbide grinder pad can slice thru steel barriers in a few minutes.
The "walls" in rural/remote areas are a waste of money, easily bypassed, and destroy wildlife habitats.
