If the DeLorean can time travel, it's a no brainer.

I'd take the DeLorean at first, but create all sorts of trouble in my time travels, go on a long and occasionally humorous journey to fix everything with a few anachronistic sexual encounters, come back to today, and take the Gran Torino, never speaking a word of it to anyone.

Of that list, I am definitely going to take the 007 car. And if not, Mad Max. love the raw nature of the car and the whine of the supercharger but it will not be a fun road trip.
It's the Delorean. The other cars are fun, but essentially nothing you couldn't get from a high end rental place, minus the murder gadgets which you can't use anyway.

Assuming each car operates as portrayed in the media it’s either the DeLorean Time Machine (wealth generator) or the Aston Martin with every spy gadget installed. DeLorean is the most likely choice.
Unfortunately, none of the vehicles listed do it for me. Maybe the Aston Martin.

There is a lot of stuff from history I would love to see. I'm not sure if I would want to change time to benefit myself or not. Feel like that could lead to changes that I might not like.

IRL - the Grand Tornado just so I can get a running start and butt-slide across the hood (and probably break some bones). Fantasy - the DeLorean is the only choice.
Hard to turn down time travel, but a consolation prize would be to drive a trans am that can take rocket fire, drive through walls, and get from some desert location to anywhere in the world at hyper speed, while having Kitt tell you interesting shit along the way.
Even if you can't time travel, imagine all the pussy you will get because of the DeLorean
