Soon to be 3, as the Brewers have turned into the Chicago White Sox
Two things so far make me happy even though I'm no fan of either winner. And that is the Royals closing out Baltimore and Houston losing. Nothing wrong with either of those outcomes at all.
The fact we have KC and Detroit advancing is astonishing really, let alone merely getting to the playoffs. The Royals lost 106 (!) games last year, and Detroit hadn't had a winning record since 2016.

I'm a die hard Yankee fan, but either Detroit or KC in the WS would be pretty cool!
As the story explains, the NYY violations were confirmed, but the fine indicates a relatively minor infraction.
Pulling for either the Mets or Phillies is like deciding who I'm rooting for in a Miami vs uf game. Maybe a meteor will crash into the stadium.
