I hope you are taking the odds on Iowa and not some other team. You were right on Bassett so hope you are right here as well. If we could add raneys to Bassett and then add Mocco, that would be incredible. I felt like Iowa never followed up adding with Spencer and we know one guy makes a difference but we need more.
I don’t have details and not as sure I was with Bo…. I’m purely going off the optimism coming from our staff, room, and those close to the program regarding them and Mocco. Gimme the Raneys to Iowa at +100.
We are going to be wide open at 133 and 141, plus they would have the best pair of twin coaches ever. I thought when Forrest committed there along with other guys coming in and already there, it would have put us in the driver seat
It sounds like they expect to be bigger than this, likely 141/149 or 149/157. How cool would it be to have a lineup of Raney, Raney, Bassett in a couple years from 141-157?! Sign me up.

How could any wrestler not want to wrestle in front of Iowa fans? Sold out every meet. By far the best atmosphere in college wrestling.
I am happy for Steven Buchanan getting to experience it. Also very happy for Iowa having him here. Also happy for the Arizona guys who spent most of their careers wrestling in front of high school sized crowds.
Yep, they both advanced already to forfeit the finals. Jordyn's opponent injured his leg in a semifinal win, might not wrestle at state this week. The other one was healthy but decided it wasn't worth the embarassment of getting destroyed by Jayden.

With Gabe, Angelo, Ludington and an upper class Kueter to close it out? Would be very nice.

Those two seem to be much more likely than the Raney bros. Hope we get them all. We desperately need them.
I honestly think Iowa gets all 4. No inside info, just my gut feeling.
I’m glad Mocco was in CHA for this dual. Hearing the place go nuts after AF’s win should be motivation to join the team with the greatest fans in the country.

Tom Ryan is here at the Kentucky state tournament… but Brands (can’t tell which one) and I believe MStar are about 4 rows behind me. One is using binoculars. Raneys first matches are coming up.
