The weekend starts tonight! Baylor at K-State

The way KSU has been playing, this won't be entertaining for long. Wildcats have been devastated by injuries. Last I heard, they had their second-team quarterback playing despite a history of concussions.

I dunno' - K State lost to Oklahoma State by 2 and TCU by a touchdown. Seems like they could pull an upset at some point, like tonight would be nice.

Anyone know anything about the team? After those 2 close losses they got manhandled by Oklahoma and Texas. Did they have some injuries, or just come back to reality after a couple of close losses?

Baylor lost its starting QB for the season. Maybe ole Bill can find a way to pull the upset. K-State does try to play defense, which is pretty unusual for folks in that league.

KSU is not going to beat Baylor. Baylor runs a system offense and it doesn't matter who is at QB.

I am surprised the playoff committee doesn't deduct in the rankings of B12 teams due to "lack of defense".

If KSU could stop making mistakes, they might be able to stay with them for a while.
--But that seems to be an issue.

I don't understand why KSU decided to throw it as much as they did in the 2nd Q. Baylor could not stop the designed QB runs. Literally KSU is getting a minimum of 7 yards a pop on them. Also, it appears as if any call that is remotely borderline is going to go Baylors way. Some of the holds on KSU were "eh"...

Not overly impressed w Baylor.....yet

K State does not turn it over who knows.

Baylor is going to get exposed at some point. Can't believe KSU didn't get keep running the QB option in the first half. Baylor couldn't stop it.

Fellas, the real question tonight is whether Baylor was explosive enough. I say no. Need to drop them a spot or two.

K stats has been able to run all game on this Baylor defense. Without the turnovers this might of actually been a good game.

Looks like K-State has no passing game at all.

This game is tied at the worst or KSU is leading right now if they kept running the ball when they were running it at will in the 1st half. Instead KSU aired it out and it cost them.

KSU could have won this game if they limited their mistakes.
I'd be shocked if Baylor doesn't drop a game or two.

Well, if that play would have worked, we'd all be applauding Snyder for his guts... and I love the attitude of playing for the win. But why on the first play? Why not try some normal stuff to get to the Baylor 30 or so, and then depending on the time left, try something like that?
