This might be a little tougher than Putin thought...

I had a post 8 days ago about having 140k KIA, possibly 145k by the one year anniversary on the 24th. They just tacked on 7000 since that post. If this Russian assault is true and we keep seeing days over 1k like we’ve seen a few of in the past week, I think we’re looking at a slight chance at 150k by the anniversary. Need to average just over 1000 a day for two weeks, so not likely but possible.

Yeah. What is crazy is on ~December 23 we crossed the 100k line and marveled at it being over just 10 months. We looking at 45k dead now in just the last two months.

A little bit of detail about the daily KIA numbers for the Russians.

I am sure it has to do with the new offensive, but if that article is accurate I would have expected a higher tank count…

The numbers seem to lag at times and then catch up. I have noticed that with cruise missiles, for instance.
I guess we should expect the orcs to start their push prior to the Spring thaw and arrival of more hardware for the Blue and Yellow.
Hang tough and Slava Ukraini!!

Also, I am blown away by the number of aircraft the Orcs have lost. Nearly 300 each of planes and choppers. Damn, think of the pilots and crew members no longer available to both execute missions but also train the future replacements..
